I found a brilliant free online tool that helps keep me focused on what needs to be done and helps me to stop procrastinating! It is called Teamly. Simply fill in your goals for the day, week, month, quarter, in order of importance – all the things on your “Someday” list! Then, each morning when you open your e-mail, a reminder of what you have to get done that day pops up – voila, your very own PA looking after your diary while you sleep!
It’s great for the sole trader, but even more effective if you are working within a team or have employees, as you can use it to delegate projects and check each project and person’s progress.
